Cancellation by Pinak Adventure Park: In the event we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellation by the Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
    • Refunds requested more than 7 days before the scheduled date of the adventure experience will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Refunds requested between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Refunds requested within 3 days of the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Pinak Adventure Park. c. No-show: If a customer does not show up for their booked adventure experience without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Payment Method for Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. If a refund is not feasible through the original payment method, an alternative method will be arranged in consultation with the customer.

6. Refund Disputes

  • If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied or processed incorrectly, please contact our customer support team for resolution.
