Terms And Conditions
Booking and Payment
- Booking must be made in advance for the visit.
- Payment at booking: The entire payment needs to be made in advance
- Tickets cannot be transferred or refunded.
Timings
- Park timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- The guest is required to enter and exit at the given time slots during booking
Safety and Conduct
- All guests need to obey the instructions from the park staff
- Children under 14 years need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests are responsible for their properties; the park is not liable for loss or damage.
- Activities are carried out at the guest’s risk, and the park shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from negligence or non-compliance with safety guidelines.
Prohibited Items
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
- Sharp objects, flammable items, and firearms are not permitted.
Health Requirements
- Guests taking part in adventure activities are required to declare any medical conditions or physical limitations to the staff before the activity.
- Pregnant women and those with heart conditions or other serious medical conditions are discouraged from engaging in high-risk activities.
Weather Conditions
- Activities may be suspended or cancelled in case of adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.
- Refunds or rescheduling options will be determined by park policies.
Damages
Guests shall be accountable for any damage caused to park properties or equipment through negligence or irresponsible use.
Photography and Video
- Photography and video for individual purposes are allowed.
- Permission from the park must be availed before shooting for a commercial purpose. Additional fee may be charged.
Rights of Park
- The park reserves the authority to refuse admission or guest’s eviction from the resort for not adhering to or violating the terms and conditions or for behaving inappropriately.
