Welcome to the Pinak Adventure Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Pinak Adventure Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must complete and submit the online application at Affiliate Sign Up URL. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply at any time.
2. Affiliate Links and Promotion
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will have access to the affiliate area. Here, you will be able to generate affiliate links to our products. You agree to use only the provided links and banners for promotion, and you will not modify these links in any way.
Your affiliate login URL is Affiliate Login URL.
3. Commissions
You will earn a commission for each qualifying sale that is made through your affiliate link. The current commission rate is 3%. Commissions will be paid out once per month, provided your balance has reached the minimum payout amount of 100 INR. If your balance does not exceed the minimum amount, it will roll over to the next month.
4. Payment
Payments will be made via Bank Transfer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date in your affiliate account.
5. Affiliate Obligations
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your participation in the Program.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep this information up to date.
- Promotional Methods: You agree to use ethical marketing practices and will not engage in any misleading or deceptive promotional activities.
- Prohibited Content: You will not promote Pinak Adventure on any site that contains sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination, or any unlawful activities.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination, you will cease all use of our promotional materials and remove all links to our site.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pinak Adventure will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Program. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinak Adventure and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include changes in the payment procedures and Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of the change notice or new agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
By signing up and participating in the Pinak Adventure Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
